To place a water relief valve:

1. In the Command Manager, select Water Relief Valve from the Water Valves Group.
2. Click on the Place Feature Icon or double-click on the selected feature to start the placement command.
3. Change the default property values as necessary in the Placement Form.
4. Click at a location to place the Water Relief Valve. If the Water Relief Valve is placed on a Water Main or Lateral, a network connectivity relationship is automatically established.
5. Click at a location to place Annotation Text.
